ELABORATION AND PROCESSES

  • 1

    HARVEST:

    Between the mountain ranges
    and with extreme temperatures
are they harvest the most apples
    tasty.
Of these fields we choose the best
apples from the area to make chidra.
We use Red delicious, Granny Smith
    and Gala varieties.
  • 2

    WASHED:

    Apples are washed with
spring water from the place that
emerges in our land and comes
    straight from the mountain range.
  • 3

    GRINDING AND PRESSING:

Apples go through a process where
they are ground in a press from which
the natural juice of the fruit is extracted
  • 4

    FERMENTATION:

The apple juice then goes to rest
with yeast for about 7 days,
this is where the natural fruit sugar
    is transforms into alcohol and
    moment of clarification, where
    any impurities are removed.
  • 5

    FILTERED OUT:

Here we filter at 045 microns and
    we add CO2 bubbles to
give more freshness, in this way
    we give Chidra personality.
  • 6

    BOTTLING:

We bottle in the same plant
    production that is only intended
for production and bottling of cider. Surrounded by the farms of apples
that are our suppliers. We use new
    glass bottles amber color because
it is the best way to preserve the
freshness of the product for longer
and we protect the cider from sunlight
so that it arrives fresh to where you are.
By using glass bottles we help the
planet as it is 100% recyclable.

NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS

BALANCE

We believe that change is in our hands. In the hands of entrepreneurs and their small businesses, in the collaboration of all members of the economic chain and in respect for the ecosystem. Success for us is the love we put into what we do. This is reflected in a quality cider that people enjoy consuming it; a brand that inspires values of friendship, courage and freedom; a company with happy and proud employees; and minimizing the impact on the environment. We use the power of cider to generate a change, we want a sustainable company from an ecological, economic and social point of view. It is our commitment to continuous improvement in processes and decision making based on the optimization of the 3 edges at the same time. This is our way of giving back to the world what it always gave us.
We love having the richest apples in a cleaner world. Our bottle is 100% recyclable. We chose this material for its simplicity when recycling. Bring the empty bottles to your nearest recycling center.

INTEGRATION

We started this venture as a response to the low labor inclusion that women have in the alcoholic beverages industry. More and more women are making great products. We integrate ambassadors as a micro distribution model for our Chidra. We want to create a network of women to continue expanding Chidra.

In this way we generate a better distribution of income in a new economy, where entrepreneurship and the atomization of supply develop more balance in society. Soon the first female fans joined, Jose and Emi. Now they are ambassadors and collaborators of Chidra, contributing their knowledge, creativity and also learning to do new things with great freedom.

LIABILITY

We are very happy to be allies of the Huertaniño Foundation.
We support with resources and actions so that they can continue working in the education and nutrition of rural school children. In Huerta Niño they manage to complete a circle that we are very excited about. They teach them to make gardens and provide them with all the necessary elements. They also teach them how to use the harvest in food preparation and canning. Children learn how to plant, harvest, and prepare food. Knowing the nutritional benefits of each harvest and how to eat well for the present and the future of them and their families.

If you want to know more and donate, visit the foundation page and its RRSS directly.

We believe that children’s education is key to creating a better world. Where will they grow
responsible adults who are also part of the change.
When people eat properly, anything is possible. If we add education, we will have children
happy with the desire and strength to follow their dreams becoming responsible adults who
they participate in the construction of their communities.

At Chidra we want our consumers to be responsible in the way they drink alcohol.
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
Never drink and drive. Designate a driver in the group or use a taxi
